1. You have 48 hours to take your new pet to a veterinarian. If your Vet finds a life-threatening illness, (we need a signed statement from the vet listing the diagnosis) we will give you a full refund or another puppy of the same type, value upon availability. We are not responsible for the vet bills incurred by you. Buyer assumes all responsibility including expenses when the animal is taken off the premises.

​2. Ear mites, worms, and coccidia are not serious health problems if treated and are not covered under this warranty.

​3. Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is a serious health problem but is excluded from this warranty because it is caused by too little food and is within your control. Buyer must realize that tiny puppies must be fed often (every 3-4 hours) and be given Karo syrup directly into mouth and in their wet food to keep them from having low blood sugar. Drinking water with Karo syrup added will also help with hydration.

​4. Any evidence of neglect (which does include making sure the puppy eats properly, ensuring his blood sugar does not drop and cause hypoglycemia, and unsupervised child play or abuse) will VOID this contract.
